Any consulting, advisory, or professional services provided by KSG are governed by a separate written engagement agreement executed between KSG and the client. These Terms do not constitute an offer to provide services and do not create any client relationship absent a signed engagement agreement.

Information submitted through the Site's contact or inquiry forms does not create a consulting relationship and is not subject to attorney-client or similar privilege. Submission of an inquiry does not guarantee a response or engagement.

Any confidential information shared with KSG through the Site or during preliminary discussions will be handled with professional discretion.
